Design and Technical Implementation
Hosting
The agendas for voluntary return from Austria are centrally coordinated and managed by Department V/B/10 – Return, Reintegration and Quality Development of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI). This department is also responsible for the strategic and content direction of the website http://www.returnfromaustria.at.
Technical support and ongoing administration of the website are carried out by the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Unit of the Country Office for Austria of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
The technical implementation, design, and hosting were realized and managed by the digital agency lowfidelity within the same project.
The Federal Agency for Reception and Support Services (BBU GmbH) is responsible for return counselling and return assistance in Austria. Contact with the BBU is established directly via the contact form on this website. The BBU was consulted regarding the content and design of this website.
